Get started by getting in contact with us below. Simply leave your details and one of our great consultants will reach out to you. Once we have your CV we’ll review and get back to you about the next stages.
Suitable candidates will be invited to come into the office or meet with us online for a range of questions relating to work and completing registration requirements.
Once all compliance checks are complete, your assigned consultant will be in contact with you regarding opportunities for work. We will assist you along every step of the process so you can focus on what you do best – making a difference in the classroom.
Who are we?
Though we’re a smaller agency, we can certainly say you’re in good hands. Our consultants have experiences of teaching in Melbourne and abroad in London, both directly through schools and through multiple agencies. Having this experience allows us to create a service that we know teachers will enjoy – high pay rates, flexibility with options to work at a variety of schools nearby, great communication and the ability to assist you along every step of the way.

Nurture Education ensures a high level of vetting and compliance. We complete a range of initial and ongoing checks to gather required information relating to our candidates. In addition to safeguarding and qualification checks, Nurture Education assesses for quality of candidates.

Having taught at schools in Melbourne and London, our consultants understand how busy schools can be and what’s required for a smooth operation within a school day. At Nurture Education, we pride ourselves on hand-picking and selecting high quality candidates to meet your staffing needs.
We ensure candidates are up to speed with ICT / school systems to make for a seamless and smooth start to the day for CRT roles. In addition to strict vetting and compliance, candidates will complete a series of questioning to ensure quality control. Allow us to do all the time-consuming work in finding candidates for your next role – outside of our candidate base, we’re able to advertise for your vacancies, hand-pick and create a shortlist of candidates to present for consideration by your panel. These candidates will have references completed along with our vetting/compliance process.
